Public transportation system is the window of a city, which reflects the process of urban modernization. After years of development, urban public transport has made great progress. In order to implement the implementation plan of giving priority to the development of public transport and further improve the service quality of public transport, an intelligent monitoring and dispatching system for public transport is built according to the arrangement of urban construction projects.
Basic requirements of intelligent public transport:
GPS automatic station reporting system: replace the previous manual station reporting to reduce the driver's operation workload;
GPS intelligent dispatching system: instead of manually recording vehicle driving data in the past, various electronic reports promote safe driving of drivers and intelligently and reasonably arrange departure;
On board surveillance video system: supervise the professional ethics of drivers and passengers, deter illegal and criminal acts on buses, and obtain evidence of various disputes and accidents;
Higher level requirements:
Electronic stop board of bus stop: passengers can clearly know how long it will take for their vehicles to arrive through the electronic stop board of bus stop, so as to provide more humanized bus service;
Passenger flow statistics system: the number of passengers in each time period and the number of passengers getting on and off at each platform are sent to the dispatching center in real time, so that the bus company can more reasonably arrange the number of departures and line vehicle allocation, and achieve the most reasonable use efficiency of vehicles.
